Romanian Pavilion – Organized by USER
To facilitate the participation of Romanian freight forwarding, logistics and transport companies, USER (The Freight Forwarders Association of Romania) will organize the Romanian Pavilion at the exhibition.
The first 7 registered companies will have the opportunity to exhibit within a shared national stand, benefiting from their own dedicated mini-booth at a highly advantageous participation fee of EUR 1,285 per company.
Each participating company will benefit from a branded information desk featuring its logo, access to meeting tables and chairs, high-quality stand construction, and shared facilities, while also being promoted as part of the official Romanian Pavilion.

Application and participation process
Step 1 – Application Submission
Interested companies should complete the Hosted Buyer Application Form and submit it to the Hosted Buyer Team at hostedbuyer@forumsa.gr.
Step 2 – Application Evaluation
Upon receipt of the application, the Hosted Buyer Team evaluates the applicant taking into account predefined criteria, including the applicant’s company profile, purchasing activity, business role, and interest in establishing partnerships in the Greek and Balkan logistics and supply chain market.
Step 3 – Participation Confirmation
Approved applicants receive a Hosted Buyer Letter of Agreement (LOA) outlining the program’s terms and conditions.
To confirm their participation, Hosted Buyers are required to:
– sign and return the Letter of Agreement,
– submit their flight ticket together with the proof of payment.
Step 4 – Hotel Accommodation
Following confirmation of participation, the official travel partner of LOGISTICS EXPO Thessaloniki 2026 contacts each Hosted Buyer to arrange accommodation at one of the exhibition’s affiliated hotels, in accordance with the program’s benefits.
Step 5 – Attendance of B2B Meetings
During the exhibition, Hosted Buyers are expected to:
– attend the exhibition at least 2 days, participate in at least eight (8) pre-arranged B2B meetings with exhibitors of their choice, at the exhibitors’ stands,
– collect each exhibitor’s business card (or any other proof of meeting attendance required by the organizer).
Following the exhibition, the requested documentation(exhibitors ‘business cards) should be submitted to the Hosted Buyer Team as confirmation that the meeting obligations have been fulfilled.
Step 6 – Ticket Reimbursement
Travel reimbursement is processed after the conclusion of the exhibition, provided that all Hosted Buyer Program obligations have been fulfilled, including participation in the minimum required number of B2B meetings.
To complete the reimbursement process, Hosted Buyers are required to submit a company invoice to FORUM S.A. for the approved reimbursement amount, together with any supporting documentation requested by the organiser.

Application Submission Deadline: 10/09/2026
Important Notice: To facilitate the planning for the Hosted Buyer Program, an initial estimation of the expected number of buyers’ delegation is kindly requested by the end of July. Please note that August is the peak vacation period and our offices will be closed until 24/08, while September is the final month before the exhibition, during which preparations become significantly more intensive.
Receiving an early estimation of potential participants will assist both us and you along with the buyers in planning the travel, accommodation and any other logistics process related to the Program.
